Get off the Couch
Do you spend all of your free time watching TV or playing video games? 2 hours of Television or Nintendo games a day should be your limit, if you need to be healthy and strong and develop your creativeness.
Simple activities outdoors can quickly increase the overall number of calories you burn and get you some needed vitamin D from a little sunshine. Just walking a dog or doing a little gardening or mowing your yard is a great way to exchange sedentary activities for those that will increase your metabolism and your overall health.
Try to replace some couch time each day with active movement. Schedule just one of these activities a day and movement will become a habit. You’ll look better and feel better.
